At Breathe, we have created a luxury 100% private exclusive outdoor spa that invites you to reset and reconnect with yourself, your friends, and the beauty of nature. Our outdoor spa features a traditional Scandinavian wood fired barrel sauna, a luxury hydrotherapy hot tub, and the latest in easy access cold water submersion. Experience natural relaxation as you customize your comfort level—be as hot or as cold as you desire!

Tucked away on a Victorian rail line that has been reclaimed by nature, in the grounds of a legacy Railway Station, near Crieff, Scotland, we offer our guests a luxury private exclusive spa experience that combines simplicity with elegance. As a family-run business, our team is dedicated to ensuring you have everything you need, while also providing the space and privacy to relax in our outdoor spa. Surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the soothing benefits of our rural landscape, or simply take a moment to breathe and unwind.
Our Facilities
Our luxury private exclusive spa features outdoor spa facilities are designed to create a serene and peaceful environment for our guests. Enjoy our private changing area, wood fired sauna, hydrotherapy hot tub and a choice of cold water therapy . Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure your comfort and relaxation as you transition from hot to cold and back again. You may even want to relax by putting a log on the fire and sitting on a bench to simply breathe.

Terms and Conditions
SPA USE DISCLAIMER
Use of the hot tub, sauna and cold-water tubs can be a pleasurable and relaxing experience. However, for your safety and enjoyment there are strict rules and guidelines that must be adhered to when using these facilities. This is an important health and safety legal requirement and therefore please read the below terms and conditions in full:
1. Use of the facilities is at your own risk. In the unlikely event that you develop a medical condition or experience severe side effects as a result of the use of hot tub, cold tubs and sauna, we do not accept any responsibility.
2. Extreme caution must be exercised when walking around the hot tub, cold tubs and sauna areas as surfaces may be slippery. Please take particular care when getting into and out of the water.
3. NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS TO BE CONSUMED DURING USE OF THE FACILITIES
4. Do not use our facilities if you suffer from any skin diseases, infectious diseases, or have any cuts and wounds. SKIN AND TANNING PRODUCTS SHOULD BE REMOVED PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT
5. Persons using medication should consult their doctor before using the facilities. Some medications may cause drowsiness. Do not use the facilities if your medication induces drowsiness, affects your heart rate, blood pressure or circulation.
6. Pregnant women, persons suffering from obesity, heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory problems, or diabetes should consult a doctor before using the facilities.
7. Do not use the facilities after eating a heavy meal.
8. Do not submerge your head or swallow water, contact lens wearers are advised that exposing contact lenses to water may increase the risk of eye infection.
9. Do not jump into the hot tub.
10. Do not use glasses or mugs in the hot tub or sauna.
11. Do not exceed 20 minutes in the hot tub and sauna at any one time as too much heat exposure can lead to nausea, dizziness and fainting due to dehydration. Please ensure you drink plenty of water to re-hydrate. 12. The spa cannot accept any responsibility for loss of or damage to possessions whilst using the facilities. Cars are parked at the owner’s risk. By booking the spa you understand and agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring your group are also aware of the terms and conditions. You may be asked to sign a disclaimer upon arrival
